Come for a visit, look at our facility and discuss the proposed use with our staff, who will be happy to help you find the best space for your course or event! Our facility rooms are available to rent at all times of the year. We have a 3 tiered rate structure; Individual, Course and Community.

INDIVIDUAL rates apply to businesses or individuals renting space.

COURSE rates apply to time limited programmes that include classes taught by a teacher.

COMMUNITY rates apply only to local community non profit organisations. To qualify for the community rate, contact us to complete an application.

	Gemmell Room


	This bright east facing room is perfect for small meetings, parties or classes. It has a chalkboard and a quiet marmoleum floor. Suitable for: Meetings, workshops, children's programs, small birthday parties and exercise classes with a maximum of 30 people for meeting style or 8 spots for mat exercise classes Features: 18 ft. x 28 ft. for 504 sq. ft. 	Harvey Room

	This bright east facing room is perfect for small meetings, parties or classes. It has a flat screen television, a chalkboard and a quiet marmoleum floor. Suitable for: Meetings, workshops, children's programs, small birthday parties and exercise classes with a maximum of 30 people for meeting style or 8 spots for mat exercise classes. 	Teiaiagon Room


	This bright, west facing activity room has a sprung wooden floor, mirrors at one end and a ballet bar running the length of one wall. Suitable for: Any kind of activity based classes such as martial arts, dance, exercise classes, children's programs, birthday parties. Can also be set up to accomodate meetings or theatre based lecture/workshops. Features: 18 ft. x 43 ft for 774 sq. ft. Electric Projector screen Wireless internet upon request A small activity room for groups of about 20 theatre style or up to 14 spots for exercise mats. Rates: (*) Course - $20.00/hr Individual - $24.20/hr

	Hague Room

	This attractive west facing board room has a central table with up to 14 chairs. There is a white board attached to the south wall and a flat screen television on the north wall. Suitable for: Private meetings, tutorial, business presentations and executive meetings for a maximum of 14 people. Features: 12 ft. x 20 ft. for 240 sq. ft. 46 inch LCD TV/Monitor Wireless internet upon request Carpeted floor with upholstered chairs Capacity of 14 people Rates: (*) Course - $13.75/hr Individual - $16.30/hr

	Founders Room


	This quiet room is our newest and is located on our ravine level with direct access to our parking lot. It has a sprung wooden floor, wall sconces and track lights. It has no natural light which makes it perfect for meetings with presentations, and any kind of dance, party or exercise class activity. Suitable for: Any type of meeting or exercise class such as dance, martial arts, exercise classes, yoga/meditation, pilates, meetings and parties. Features: 17 ft. x 46 ft. for 805 sq. ft. Electric Projector screen Wireless internet upon request A small gymnasium or activity room for groups of about 20 Can hold 40 people for lecture style Rates: (*) Course - $20.00/hr Individual - $24.20/hr

COURSE rates - apply to time limited programmes that include classes taught by a teacher
INDIVIDUAL rates - apply to individuals or businesses
COMMUNITY rates - apply to community non-profit organisations who have been accepted only after application process
Minimum hours - 2.5 hours minimum after 7:00 p.m.
Kitchen - $34.15 per use charge for Kitchen
After Hour Events Deposit - $200 CASH damage deposit required
After Hour Events - Friday or Saturday evenings (5:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.) and Sunday all day
After Hour Additional Charges:

An additional $28.65 per hour charge applies for after hour events if you are the sole renter in the building.
If there are multiple renters in the building, an additional $14.35 per hour charge applies for after hour events.
There is a $145 surcharge for a 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. extension on your rental.
