Spaces are available at all times of the year, at community, course and individual rates.

	Founders Room

Course - applies to time limited programmes that include classes taught by a teacher
Individual - applies to individuals or businesses
Minimum hours - 2.5 hours minimum after 7:00 p.m.
Additional Charges - an additional $27.00 per hour charge applies for after hour events
After Hour Events - Friday or Saturday evenings (5:00 p.m. until 12 midnight) and Sunday all Day (any 7 hour period)
After Hour Events Additional Charges - $137 surcharge for 12 midnight to 1 a.m. extension, $200 cash damage deposit required, $32.50 one time charge for Kitchen
After Hour Events Deposit - $200 cash damage deposit required
