Our Women’s and Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness program is a workout that combines easy-to-follow dance movements, functional exercises, and beautiful rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East. No dance experience is required. This is a low to moderate-impact class to accommodate all fitness levels and ages. This is a community-based program that runs 3 times per year across 2 locations.
