“Beautifully Strong” -A 7 WEEK EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

Join our weekly, Friday 1-Hour classes combining functional strength training, Pilates, and breath-work. Led by Devi, an experienced Kinesiologist, this program is designed to educate and empower you on your health journey.
