Beatrix has 28 years of experience as a fitness instructor. Once she became certified in Stott Pilates, she incorporated it into all her group classes and private training (from Pilates to skipping rope, to walking, to weight training). Beatrix will cue your pelvic floor and teach you how to engage it during exercise. Beatrix is hands on and will correct your form to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Beginners are welcomed by veterans in the class and private sessions are encouraged if you are brand new to Mat Pilates.

Wednesdays at :9:30 A.M.

Classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please bring your own mat.
