Qi Gong: Monday & Wednesday Mornings

This ancient practice is like Tai-Chi, only easier to learn! Benefits include less stress and tension, more energy, improved balance, more energy and a stronger immune system. Instructor-led classes can be done sitting or standing and involve flowing movements, gentle stretches and breathing exercises.

*For SASA Members:  To take this class, bring your full payment for the term in cash or cheque (no credit cards ) to the first class of the session. If you do not have a current SASA Membership, also bring your $12 annual Membership fee and a completed Membership form (green button at right).
