Tai-Chi is an ancient practice to improve balance, memory, co-ordination and circulation.
Our instructor Steve Yee will start with beginner level at 1:00 PM and continue into Intermediate level at 2:00 PM. He teaches Yang style Long form Tai-Chi which is similar to Taoist style which was taught at SASA before we shut down for COVID.
